Gorgeous dress that has several texture to it on top & has shoulder pads. It has ruffles at the bottom with heart prints.

It measures approximately 16.5 from pit to pit, 40 from shoulder to hem & 18.5 sleeves.

*Please view last 3 pics, there is a small pull in the ruffled fabric but you cant tell when it is on & around the armpit area there are several areas where the threads come out, they arent holes & can probably easily be fixed.
