Vtg 60s/70s Secretary Geek Button Down Plaid Shirt dress with pockets

Very nice! Like new conditiion …..almost if it was not for one flaw. See last pic. Otherwise phenomenal. I honestly believe that this is store purchased dress instead of handmade…. but I’m not 100% positive. No tags of any sort. Unlined, buttons from top to bottom. 2 pockets on the front with the flaw to the side of one of them. The vintage green belt is an add on and not original to this dress but will definitely be included. I cannot read what is noted on the underside of the belt….see pics.
